On 10th of November (Monday) at 5 pm Professor Joseph E. Stiglitz, Columbia University will hold a lecture entitled 'Illiberal Democracies Can Create Shared Prosperity and Sustained?'. The Nobel Prize-winner economist’s lecture will be delivered live in the Main Hall of the Faculty (Kálvária sgt. 1).

Maria Angela Ferrario, senior research associate at Lancaster University and Zoltán Bajmócy, associate professor at University of Szeged Faculty of Economics Research Centre jointly gave a seminar at Lancaster University on ”digital social innovation, policy making and sustainability” on 31^st October 2014.

The first Erasmus evening of this semester was held on 7th October at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.

Mónika Imreh-Tóth successfully defended her dissertation on 22th May, 2014.

Zsófia Vas successfully defended her dissertation on 9th April, 2014.
