The Europan Association for Evolutionary Political Economy awarded the Herbert Simon Young Scholar Prize to Zoltan Bajmocy and Judit Gebert.

The Faculty of Economics is working hard to help students. Many of the 148 incoming students applied for a scholarship, and 42 of them have received total or partial financial assistance .

Erasmus students have arrived to the city of Szeged these days. From the 27^th to the 31^st of September 2012 an orientation week is organized for them at the University of Szeged.

This camp was an opportunity for talented high school students to show their talents from 23rd July to 28th July, 2012.

On the 100th anniversary of Frederick Winslow Taylor’s publication of “Principles of Scientific
Management”, the University of Szeged, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
will organize an international conference on November 4-5, 2011.
