During the evening we got to know the students who will spend at least one semester at the University of Szeged. Erasmus students from Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Belgium, France and exchange students from India presented their country, culture and life to the interested audience. Chinese students taking part in the English language BA programme of the Faculty were also among the guests of the Erasmus evening.

Gastronomy being a characteristic part of a nation’s culture the foreign students prepared some local specialities to share. We could taste, for example, Spanish potato omelette, Czech garlic sauce and, of course, original Italian pasta.
